Every item on Kwick now clearly shows its condition — New, Used or Preloved — so you always know exactly what you're buying before you pay. No guessing, no mix-ups, no surprises when your order arrives. Just clear labels that let you shop with your eyes open.
Here's what's new and why it matters.
What's changed
We've made item conditions crystal clear across Kwick. Every listing now carries one of three simple labels, right where you can see it — so the moment you land on an item, you know precisely what you're getting.
The three conditions, explained
- New — absolutely new, never owned, unused, exactly as it left the box.
- Used — used before, still works, and still has plenty of life left in it.
- Preloved — loved at first, barely used; the owner simply changed their mind.
Three clear conditions. Zero confusion.
Why it matters
Buying online should never feel like a gamble. The old worry,"is this actually new, or has it been used?", disappears when every item states its condition upfront. Clear labels mean:
- You choose with confidence. Want the latest, boxed and untouched? Pick New. Want the best value on something practical? Used and preloved are right there, clearly marked.
- Fewer surprises. What you see is what arrives, because the condition was never in question.
- Fairer prices. When condition is clear, pricing makes sense, you're never overpaying for something that isn't what you thought.
It's a small change that makes the whole experience easier, and it pairs perfectly with the protection already built into every order: your payment is held safely until your item reaches you.
How to use it
Nothing to set up — it's live now. When you browse, just look for the condition label on each item and the item details page. Choose the condition that fits your budget and your need, and buy knowing exactly what's coming.
